We collect only what we need to supply your business and fulfil your orders:

• Wholesale applications — business name and type, contact name, email, phone, business and shipping addresses, tax ID details and, if you are tax exempt, your resale or exemption certificate.
• Orders — the products you order, delivery details, order notes and contact information for guest (retail) checkout.
• Account login — your email address and a securely hashed password.
• Messages — anything you send us through the contact form, email, phone or WhatsApp.
• Site visits — the pages you view, the site that referred you, your approximate location (city, based on your connection), and your device and browser type. If you’re signed in, the visit is linked to your account.

Card payments are processed by Square. Your card details are entered on Square’s secure checkout and are never sent to or stored on our servers. We receive only a confirmation of payment and basic transaction details. Square’s handling of your information is governed by its own privacy policy.

• To process, ship, invoice and support your orders and quotes.
• To send order confirmations, account updates and replies to your enquiries.
• To keep accurate tax and business records as required by law.
• To protect our site and customers against fraud and misuse.
• To understand which products and pages are popular and improve the site.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, and your browser’s local storage to remember the items in your cart and a random visitor ID that helps us understand how the site is used. Visit statistics are kept on our own systems for up to a year and are never shared. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

We never sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business — such as our hosting provider (Netlify), payment processor (Square), email delivery service and shipping carriers — and only as needed to provide their service. We may also disclose information when required by law.

We keep account and order records for as long as your account is active and as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal purposes. Uploaded documents such as tax certificates are stored privately and are accessible only to the Port Mocha team. While no system is perfectly secure, we use encrypted connections and access controls to protect your data.

You can review and update your account details at any time, or ask us to correct or delete your information by contacting us. We may need to keep certain records where required by law. You can opt out of non-essential emails at any time.

Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
